Statistical physics and information theory is applied to the clinical chemistry measurements present in a patient database containing 2.5 million patients' data over a 20-year period. Despite the seemingly naive approach of aggregating all patients over all times (with respect to particular clinical chemistry measurements), both a diurnal signal in the decay of the time-delayed mutual information and the presence of two sub-populations with differing health are detected. This provides a proof in principle that the highly fragmented data in electronic health records has potential for being useful in defining disease and human phenotypes. 相似文献

An increasing number of proficiency testing schemes (PT schemes) related to occupational and environmental health have been
organised. Most schemes emphasise the importance of the validation of analytical results. With regards to harmonisation of
the schemes, there are many differences between the schemes at many levels. These include factors concerning their relationship
with legislation, national status, type and quality of proficiency testing material, analytical range and priorities for future
development. Since differences between PT schemes have been recognised at the European level by organisers of PT schemes and
external quality assessment schemes (EQASs) it seems appropriate to reinforce collaboration between scheme organisers in order

Extensive research work has been done in recent times to apply the triboluminescence (TL) phenomenon for damage detection in engineering structures. Of particular note are the various attempts to apply it in the detection of impact damages in composites and aerospace structures. This is because TL-based sensor systems have a great potential for wireless, in-situ and distributed (WID) structural health monitoring when fully developed. This review article highlights development and the current state-of-the-art in the application of TL-based sensor systems. The underlying mechanisms believed to be responsible for triboluminescence, particularly in zinc sulfide manganese, a highly triboluminescent material, are discussed. The challenges militating against the full exploitation and field application of TL sensor systems are also identified. 针对我国港口船舶清污协议费的定价问题,兼顾公平与效率原则,在根据船舶在港口发生污染事故的风险水平划分其风险等级的基础上,运用Shapley值的简化公式对港口清污资源的总配置成本进行分摊,计算得出每艘船舶每天所需分摊的配置成本,消除了短期船舶靠泊的动态性对分摊结果的影响,是制订港口清污费费率征收标准的理论依据。算例分析结果表明现行船舶清污协议费征收标准过高,本文计算的分摊结果兼顾了公平与效率的原则,并且证明了其满足个体理性,集体理性以及联盟稳定性的要求。 相似文献

Pressure vessels usually operate under extremes of high/low temperatures and high pressures. Defect, such as crack and corrosion, can result in leakage or rupture failures, even catastrophic incidents. Guided wave-based structural health monitoring (SHM) technology is one of the most prominent options in non-destructive evaluation and testing (NDE/NDT) techniques. Propagation of guided waves in a typical pressure vessel is systematically investigated in this study for the application of guided wave-based SHM. Shape of the pressure vessel is a cylinder with two end caps. Because of geometric similarity, theory of guided wave propagation in the cylinderical structure is analyzed to study dispersive features of guided waves in the pressure vessel. Dispersion curves of three different types of guided wave modes, viz. the longitudinal, torsional and flexural modes, are calculated using theoretical method. Based on the analyses and experimental wave signals, central frequency and wave parameters of incident wave are optimized. Effect of contained liquid on propagation of guided waves, especially the L(0, 2) mode, in the pressure vessel is further investigated to minimize energy leakage of the wave to the contained liquid. The analytical method, finite element analysis (FEA) and experiments are applied to study propagation characteristics of guided waves in the pressure vessel, so as to demonstrate the feasibility of guided wave-based non-destructive evaluation and testing (NDE/NDT) for such kind of complex structures. 相似文献

采用固相萃取净化结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定了螺旋藻保健品中7种微囊藻毒素(MCs)。螺旋藻保健品经70%(体积分数)的甲醇超声提取,冷冻离心沉淀杂质后,经HLB柱净化。在Waters ACQUITY UPLCBEH C18色谱柱上以乙腈和0.2 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离,采用电喷雾离子源正离子模式进行多反应离子监测,外标法定量。7种MC在线性范围内线性关系良好(相关系数(r)不小于0.995);检出限为6.7~33.3 μg/kg,定量限为20.0~100.0 μg/kg。各分析物在阴性螺旋藻保健品中的加标回收率在87.5%~97.9%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.6%~6.9%之间。该方法准确可靠,灵敏度高,可用于螺旋藻保健品中MC污染的确证定性、定量检测。 相似文献

采用高效液相色谱-离子阱飞行时间串联质谱(HPLC-IT-TOF-MS)对保健食品中雌激素、雄激素、糖皮质激素和二羟基苯甲酸内酯类药物等21种激素成分进行快速筛查、定性识别和准确定量。样品经含1.0%乙酸的乙腈溶液超声提取,提取液经QuEChERS吸附剂净化,以C18色谱柱(150 mm×2.0 mm, 3.0 μm)分离,乙腈和0.1%乙酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,正、负离子模式同时扫描。结果表明,21种化合物在5.0~250 μg/L范围内呈良好的线性相关性,相关系数均大于0.993。胶囊和口服液样品中各化合物的定量限(以信噪比≥10计)分别为2.0~5.0 μg/kg和1.0~2.5 μg/L。在低、中、高3个添加水平下,各化合物的平均回收率为60.2%~116.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为7.0%~18.3%。该方法利用精确质量数匹配和自建标准谱库检索,实现快速筛查,并使用多级特征碎片离子进行确证,具有简便、快速、高效、准确等优点,适用于保健食品中多种激素的快速筛查和测定。 相似文献
